Grilled Brussels Sprouts with Garlic

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts, then cut them into 2 or 3 pieces.
  • 2.   Place the sprouts in a bowl and season them with soy sauce, maple syrup, and oil. Mix well.
  • 3.   Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and cook them for 15 minutes at 200°C. Flip the Brussels sprouts and bake them for another 15 minutes.
  • 4.   Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to make the sauce. Serve the sprouts drizzled with sauce.

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
