Instructions
1. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, including the florets and stems. Put them in a saucepan with the milk and crumbled bouillon cube. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
2. Sauté the bacon in a pan with olive oil.
3. Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package. At the end of the cooking time, add the frozen peas and drain.
4. Off the heat, add one-third of the grated Emmental cheese to the saucepan with the cauliflower. Blend finely until you obtain a creamy sauce. Adjust the seasoning.
5. Mix the sauce with the penne and peas. Add the drained bacon and serve with the remaining grated Emmental cheese.
