Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onions into thin strips. Brown them in a pot covered with a cooking sheet.
  • 2.   Cut the pork tenderloin into small 1-centimeter cubes. Add them to the pot and let them cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  • 3.   Remove the cooking sheet. Add the honey, vinegar, and soy sauce. Mix and let it caramelize for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the crushed tomatoes, cover, and let it simmer for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
