Oatmeal Pancakes

Take a ripe banana to sweeten and mash it more easily. Drizzle some maple syrup and slice a few banana rounds to accompany your breakfast. If you're not a fan of bananas, you can replace them with applesauce!

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the flour and baking powder.
    Beat the eggs and add them to the previous mixture.
  • 2.   Add the milk (skimmed or not, according to your taste) and the mashed banana (or applesauce) to the mixture.
    Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
  • 3.   Cook the pancakes in a small non-stick pan (with a little coconut oil if necessary).

  • 1 banana
  • 4 tablespoon of unsweetened applesauce (optional)
  • 120 ml of milk
