1. Place the chicken cordon bleu on a baking sheet and heat in the oven. (Alternatively, you can heat them in a skillet)
2. Meanwhile, thinly slice the onion and sauté it gently in a skillet.
Set aside half of the onion and leave the other half in the skillet. Add the beans, salt, and cook over medium-low heat.
3. When the beans are cooked, put the buns in the oven for a few minutes.
Meanwhile:
4. Cook the eggs in the microwave in individual ramekins with a diameter roughly equivalent to that of the bun. (Be careful, cook them in 10-second intervals to avoid explosions!) The whites should be cooked. Let them rest for a few seconds.
5. Take the base of the bun out of the oven and garnish it with:
1 teaspoon of mayo (or mustard)
Lettuce
Grilled onions
Chicken cordon bleu
1 slice of goat cheese (optional)
Eggs
Close the burger.
6. Serve with the beans.
If you kept the runny egg yolk, it will drip when you close the burger and it's delicious with the beans ;)
