Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the dry ingredients well.
  • 2.   Add the milk and eggs until the mixture is smooth. There will be lumps.
  • 3.   Then add the vinegar. This will create bubbles.
  • 4.   On a preheated, lightly oiled flat pan, add 1/4 cup of batter to form a pancake.
  • 5.   Flip the pancake when the top is filled with air bubbles.
  • 6.   Cook on the other side until they are cooked through.
  • 7.   Serve with butter, syrup, or your favorite fresh fruit.

  • 2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1.5 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of apple cider vinegar
