Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the sweet potato
  • 2.   Let it cool, then season with salt and pepper
  • 3.   Mash it with a fork and add the parmesan and flour, then mix well
  • 4.   Shape small logs, cut them to the size of a gnocchi, and create ridges with a fork
  • 5.   Place the gnocchi in a pot of boiling water, they will float to the surface once cooked. You can enjoy them directly or sauté them afterwards!
