Instructions

  • 1.   Start by making the pizza dough:
    Mix the cottage cheese and flour to obtain a homogeneous dough.
    Roll it out on a floured work surface and flatten it with a rolling pin.
    Then, spread the tomato sauce, bacon, ham, bell peppers, mushrooms, and herbs de Provence, previously chopped.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
