Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
2. Crumble the cheese. Wash, dry, and roughly chop the salad.
3. Unroll the dough on a work surface.
For a mini version (appetizer or starter): make dough circles using a cookie cutter or a cup.
4. If necessary, quickly toast the seeds in a pan.
Place some cheese crumbs and a little salad in the center of each circle, add some seeds, salt, and pepper. Depending on the choice of ingredients and the size of the calzones, this step can be simplified by roughly mixing everything together in a bowl to create a "filling".
5. Place the filling in the center and fold the calzones closed. Use a fork to pinch the edges and seal them well.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve hot, drizzled with a light drizzle of olive oil.
