Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F)
  • 2.   Cut a thick cap off each apple. Remove the cores and seeds from the apples using an apple corer.
  • 3.   In a large bowl, mix the almond powder with the butter, sugar, and cinnamon. (Adjust the amount of sugar according to the choice of apples)
  • 4.   Using a spoon, fill the top of each apple, then cover them with their cap.
    Place the apples topped with a knob of butter in a small gratin dish and bake for about 40 minutes.
