BACON MACARONI AND CHEESE GRATIN

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  • 2.   While the pasta is cooking, preheat the oven and sauté the bacon in a skillet.
  • 3.   Grease a gratin dish.
  • 4.   Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add the cream, two-thirds of the grated cheese, the bacon, and mix well.
  • 5.   Transfer everything to the gratin dish, spread the remaining cheese on top, and broil in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can serve this dish with a seasoned salad.
