Instructions

  • 1.   In a large bowl, roughly mash the chickpeas with a fork or a potato masher
  • 2.   Add the tomato, diced, and the minced onion
    Add all the other ingredients and mix well
  • 3.   Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes

  • 270 g of chickpeas (canned, drained weight)
  • 2 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
  • ½ red onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of garam masala
  • A l'abricot ou à la pêche (ou simplement du miel) :
  • 1 teaspoon of jam (optional)
