Instructions
1. Slice the leeks and onions thinly.
2. Start cooking the crozets.
3. Sauté the leeks and onions in the coconut cream.
4. In the bottom of a baking dish, place the feta.
Place the leeks and onions on top, then the crozets, and finally the reblochon cut into large slices.
Notes & Suggestions
Use coconut cream instead of coconut milk to avoid a too liquid mixture.
