Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the peeled garlic and place it in a small bowl. Add the pepper, honey, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix thoroughly.
  • 2.   Cut the pork tenderloin into slices and marinate them in the prepared mixture for 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Heat a sauté pan and cook the pork slices over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
