. Cook the salmon in a pan.
Unroll the puff pastry and cut the rounded edges to obtain a rectangle.

. Brush it with sour cream, sprinkle with chives, garlic, and cumin, moisten with lemon juice, and place the crumbled salmon on top.

. Roll the pastry into a log and put it in the freezer for about half an hour.

. Once frozen, cut slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
