Bordeaux-style fish

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the shallots and peeled garlic. Sauté them in a pan with butter for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Deglaze with white wine and the juice of half a lemon until the wine evaporates. Pour this mixture into a bowl, add the breadcrumbs and parsley, and mix until well combined.
    Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  • 3.   Spread the mixture over the fish fillets in an ovenproof dish, and drizzle with olive oil.
  • 4.   Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
