Three Cheese Pizza

Instructions

  • 1.   Roll out the pizza dough in a pie dish, prick it with a fork, spread the tomato sauce on the dough.
  • 2.   Cut slices of goat cheese and mozzarella, also cut thin slices of blue cheese.
  • 3.   Place the cheese alternately (one slice of goat cheese, one of mozzarella, one of blue cheese).
  • 4.   Cover with grated gruyère cheese.
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6.   Bake in the oven at 425°F (210°C) for 30 minutes or longer if necessary.
