Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the frozen bell peppers in an oiled pan for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Pour into a gratin dish and add the tomatoes, beans, season with cumin, salt, pepper, herbs, and mix.
  • 3.   Crack eggs on top and add the cheddar.
  • 4.   Bake at 185°C until the eggs are cooked (about 10-15 minutes).
