Soy-glazed chicken with cashews

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken into pieces and brown it with a little olive oil or sesame oil.
  • 2.   Then add the honey, soy sauce, and spices according to your taste. Let it simmer over low heat. Once the mixture becomes syrupy, serve the chicken with cooked brown rice.
  • 3.   Then add the cashews to the same pan and toast them for a few minutes. Serve them immediately with the rest.

  • 30 g of cashew nut
  • ½ teaspoon of chili spices
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seed
  • 120 g of rice
