1. Beat the egg and sugar together in a bowl.
2. Add melted butter, yogurt, and vanilla sugar to the mixture.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, then add half of it to the mixture.
4. Gradually mix in the milk while adding the remaining half of the flour little by little (this will prevent lumps from forming).
5. No resting time is necessary, just heat your pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with oil or butter using a paper towel.
6. Using a small ladle or a large sauce spoon, drop "rounds" onto the pan.
7. When bubbles appear and burst, flip the pancakes and cook for no more than a minute on the other side.
