Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • 2.   Spread mustard on the pastry and sprinkle with dried basil.
  • 3.   Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the pastry.
  • 4.   Cut the grisons meat and place it on the pastry.
  • 5.   Beat the eggs with skyr, then pour the mixture over the pastry. Add the mozzarella cut into pieces.
  • 6.   Bake the quiche for 35 to 40 minutes.
