Mini bacon madeleines

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F). Brown the bacon in a pan, then add the portions of Laughing Cow cheese and let it melt.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix melted butter, egg, flour, baking powder, and milk. Incorporate the bacon, chopped basil, and paprika.
  • 3.   Mix well, fill silicone mini madeleine molds with the batter and bake for 10 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
