Homemade Cereal Balls
Small bites of cereal with raisins and chocolate for snacking.

Instructions

. In a saucepan, melt the honey with the butter over very low heat.

. Off the heat, add the brown sugar, then the oat flakes, yeast, chocolate chips, and raisins.

. Add an egg white if the previous mixture is not sticky enough to form balls that hold together.

. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make small tightly packed balls using a spoon.

. Mix the egg yolk with a little water and brush it onto the balls (to make them golden).

. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 to 12 minutes, keeping a close eye on them.
