Ham and Olive Savory Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Slice the olives.
  • 3.   Pour the eggs into the flour and mix.
  • 4.   Add the milk and oil, then mix.
  • 5.   Add the ham, olives, and gruyère cheese, then mix.
  • 6.   Add the baking powder and, as usual, mix.
  • 7.   Pour everything into a buttered loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes at 160°C (320°F).

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can add pieces of sun-dried tomatoes to it.
