Turkey paupiettes with mushrooms~

Instructions

  • 1.   Sear the turkey paupiettes in a sauté pan with olive oil, onions, and minced shallot.
  • 2.   Let them brown gently.

    Add white wine and parsley.
  • 3.   Let it simmer for 30 minutes. Slice the mushrooms.
  • 4.   Add the sliced button mushrooms and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
    Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
  • 5.   Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Drain and add butter. Serve hot!
