1. Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan until it becomes "hazelnut" colored. This is the little trick to get really flavorful financiers.
No need to beat the egg whites. Just mix them with the almond powder.
2. Then add the cooled hazelnut butter.
Divide the mixture into small pastry molds, filling them only three-quarters full.
3. Add a raspberry in the center of each bite.
4. Bake for about twelve minutes at 180°C (350°F).
