Salmon-Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • 2.   Wash the potatoes thoroughly and prick them in several places with a fork.
  • 3.   Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and place them in a baking dish. Bake in the oven for an hour and a half.
  • 4.   In a bowl, cut the salmon and dill into small pieces. Add the sour cream, pepper, and mix everything together.
  • 5.   When the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and open the aluminum foil. Gently split them open with a knife and spread the contents of the bowl onto each potato. You can add a little lemon juice to each one before serving.
