Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes in water and peel them.
  • 2.   At the same time, cook the eggs until hard-boiled, about 10 minutes. Place them in cold water to make them easier to peel.
  • 3.   Cut the tomatoes, ham, and potatoes into cubes. Put them in a salad bowl and add the hard-boiled eggs and sliced pickles.
  • 4.   For the dressing:
  • 5.   Make a well-seasoned vinaigrette and mix it with at least 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Pour this dressing over your salad.
  • 6.   Mix well and refrigerate so that the potatoes absorb the dressing.
