Apricot and Melon Crumble

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, muesli, and crumble with the butter to obtain a crumbly dough.
  • 2.   Wash and quarter the pitted apricots, and cut the melon into equally sized cubes.
  • 3.   In a gratin dish, place the mixed fruits, add a few knobs of butter and a little sugar. Cover with the crumble dough.
  • 4.   Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Serve cold, hot, or warm, plain or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Or even a dollop of whipped cream!
