Tuna Pasta Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta until al dente. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water until cool to the touch.
  • 2.   Then, in a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled butterfly noodles with the remaining ingredients.
  • 3.   After mixing all the ingredients for the tuna pasta salad, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend before serving. Be sure to return the pasta salad to the refrigerator after serving.

Ingredients for servings

  • 300 g of bow tie pasta
  • 1 canned tuna in oil (drained weight)
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cup of green pea (frozen)
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • ½ cup of Greek yogurt
  • ½ red onions
  • 1 handful of fresh dill
  • 15 Greek-style black olives
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
