Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes and green beans. Then let them cool.
  • 2.   Prepare the dressing.
  • 3.   Cut the other vegetables and put them in a bowl. Gently mix in the potatoes and green beans with the dressing.

  • 150 g of green bean
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 400 g of lettuce
  • 20 pitted black olives
  • 200 g of canned tuna in oil (drained weight)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 100 g of cherry tomato
  • ½ red onions
  • Pour la vinaigrette :
  • 100 g of olive oil
  • 50 g of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoon of parsley
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
