Fried chicken sandwich

Instructions

  • 1.   The day before, sprinkle 10 free-range chicken breasts with 2 teaspoons of fine salt and marinate them in 1 liter of buttermilk, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and pepper.
  • 2.   Drain them and roll them, pressing firmly, in 500g of flour, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, and pepper. Cook them one by one for 7 minutes in a deep fryer, until they are golden brown. Season with sliced lettuce and radishes, mixed with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise diluted in 10cl of olive oil. Fill the buns with pieces of chicken and lettuce.
