Glazed Brioche with Red Fruits

I have a passion for French toast, but often don't feel like making it. For a snack, here's a super quick version to make, (almost) as good!

Instructions

  • 1.   Clean the strawberries, then cut them into quarters. Cut the raspberries in half.
  • 2.   Cut slices of brioche bread that are 2 cm thick. Toast them in a toaster.
  • 3.   When the brioche slices are still warm, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on each one. Add the pieces of strawberries and raspberries, as well as some blueberries. Sprinkle some "brioche breadcrumbs" on the plates and serve immediately.
  • 4.   For the brioche breadcrumbs:
    Dry 2 slices of brioche bread in the oven for 10 minutes and then blend them into breadcrumbs (or you can use 2 brioche crackers).

  • 4 slice of brioche
  • 1 vanilla ice cream
  • 1 handful of blueberry
  • 1 brioche breadcrumbs
