Pea-Carrot and Feta Patties

Instructions

  • 1.   Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  • 2.   Add the drained peas and carrots, crumbled feta, flour, and baking powder. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then mix well.
  • 3.   Heat some oil in a pan and spoon small amounts of the batter into the pan. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until the patties are golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.

  • 60 g of flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of sweet paprika
  • 10 sprig of parsley
  • salt (according to taste)
