Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Slice the onion and sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat until translucent. Add the minced garlic clove. Cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Wash and cut the multicolored cherry tomatoes in half. Mix the tomatoes with the onion-garlic mixture. Season with salt, pepper, add a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of sugar. Place in an oven-safe dish.
4. Prepare the crumble: Mix the butter, parmesan cheese, flour, and thyme with your fingertips until you obtain a sandy mixture. Crumble this dough over the tomatoes.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the crumble is golden brown.
6. Serve warm or cold with the burrata and a few basil leaves.
