Fruit salad (Guinea)

When I was looking for a recipe from Papua New Guinea, I had trouble finding one that I liked. I saw that they consume a lot of fruits. So, with the fruits from the country, I propose to Sophie from the beautiful travel blog La tendresse en cuisine this little recipe for their national holiday on September 16th.

Vegetarian Vegan Fruit Public
Course: Dessert
Preparation time: 0 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the bananas, cut them into slices. Sprinkle them with lemon juice so they don't turn brown.
  • 2.   Cut the slices of pineapple. Mix them with the pineapple.
  • 3.   Add, if desired, two tablespoons of alcohol (rum for me).
