Sesame Marinated Chicken Skewers

Instructions

  • 1.   Thread the chicken strips lengthwise onto wooden skewers. Place them in a shallow dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Drizzle with lemon juice and soy sauce. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • 3.   In a pan, brown the skewers in olive oil for 2 minutes per side and serve hot.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Serve these skewers with a carrot salad.
