Irish chocolate

Instructions

  • 1.   Beat the heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of sweetener until it foams.
    Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • 2.   Break the chocolate into pieces in a saucepan, add the milk and 1 tablespoon of sweetener, and heat while stirring until the chocolate melts.
  • 3.   Remove from heat when the chocolate has melted and add 2 tablespoons of whiskey and 1 tablespoon of sweetener, and mix.

    Divide the chocolate milk into two glasses.
    Then gently pour the whipped cream on top.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with cocoa powder or grate dark chocolate on top.
  • 5.   Serve immediately.
