Beef stew (Frije recipe with Cookeo)

Instructions

  • 1.   😀 Preparing in advance
  • 2.   Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes. Brown in the Cookeo with a little olive oil. Stir regularly.
    Add the bacon, onion, tomato paste. Mix.
  • 3.   When everything is cooked on the surface, stop the Browning mode, sprinkle with flour. Mix.
  • 4.   Add the beef bouillon cubes, wine, 600ml of water, salt, pepper. Mix.
    Cook under pressure for 45 minutes.
  • 5.   Peel and cut the carrots and potatoes.
  • 6.   After 45 minutes of cooking, add carrots and potatoes, plenty of parsley, mix, and continue cooking under pressure for 20 minutes.
    Cook spaetzles (long or short, fresh spaghetti-like noodles) during this time.
    Prepare the green salad.
