My recipe for spaghetti with meatballs

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the onion, fennel, and mince the garlic. Mix all these ingredients with the tomato pulp. Add a little oil and the bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and pour the mixture into a shallow dish or a low casserole dish.

    Put the meat in a bowl, add the egg yolk, parmesan cheese, and a little pepper. Incorporate everything well and roll into balls about 3 cm in diameter. Add the meatballs and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C. Turn the meatballs every 10 minutes.
    Serve with al dente spaghetti.

  • 2 garlics
  • 2 leaf of bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
