1. Peel and chop the red onion. Pour into a bowl with the spices, grated garlic, and crushed coriander. Add the ground meat, mix everything together, and form 12 meatballs.
In a medium heat tajine dish, pour olive oil and brown the meatballs. Set aside on a plate.
Pour the spices and grated garlic into the hot oil and mix. Add the crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, and finally, 3/4 of the crushed herbs. Cover and let cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Add the meatballs to the sauce and continue cooking covered for 10 minutes. Finally, crack the 4 eggs into the tajine dish and let cook uncovered for 4 minutes. Cover for 1 more minute to finish cooking the eggs. Sprinkle with the remaining crushed herbs before serving.
