Oven-baked chicken thighs

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
    Place the chicken thighs in an oven-safe dish.
  • 2.   Peel the onion and cut it into quarters. Place it in the dish with the thighs. Add the garlic clove, thyme, bay leaves, quartered bouillon cube, juniper berries, and clove.
  • 3.   Add water. Drizzle the thighs with olive oil.
  • 4.   Bake at 210°C (410°F) for 35 minutes. Baste the thighs occasionally during cooking.
