1. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix it in a large dish with the oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Place the salmon in the marinade and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning it over after 15 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
3. Cut large sheets of parchment paper and place a salmon fillet on each one. Drizzle with the marinade and add peas, then fold the parchment into packets. Place them in a baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing yogurt, cream, dill, chopped shallot, mustard, salt, and pepper.
5. When the fish is cooked, remove the parchment from the packets and drizzle with dill sauce. Serve immediately!
