1. First, heat the milk and oil in a saucepan, immediately turn off the heat as soon as it starts to boil (you will see some milk bubbles forming).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the tapioca starch and salt, then pour the contents of the saucepan into the bowl while it is still hot, mix well, first with a spoon and then with your hands.
3. Then add the grated cheese and a little bit of the cheese from the dish as well as 1 egg, continue to mix well.
4. Add the remaining cheese and check that the dough has a good texture, neither too greasy nor too dry.
5. If you find that it is too dry, add another egg, if it becomes greasy, add a little more tapioca starch.
6. This dough should come off the bowl and also off your hand.
7. Try the dough and see if it has enough salt, some people like to add a little more salt.
8. All that's left is to form balls and place them on the baking sheet, leaving a small space between each bread.
9. It is not necessary to grease the baking sheet.
10. Leave it in the oven at medium temperature (230°C) until it turns slightly golden.
