Tasty cauliflower gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the cauliflower until tender (about 15 minutes).
  • 2.   Preheat your oven to 210°C (410°F), thermostat 7.
  • 3.   In a saucepan, sauté the bacon.
  • 4.   Add 6 tablespoons of flour and mix.
  • 5.   Add the heavy cream. Mix and let it reduce slightly.
  • 6.   Add the grated gruyère cheese to the sauce still in the saucepan. Mix.
  • 7.   In an oven-safe dish, place the cauliflower. Pour the bacon sauce over it.
  • 8.   Bake for 20 minutes.
