Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the onions and brown them in 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • 2.   Cut the chicory/endives and potatoes into small slices.
  • 3.   Cover everything with water.
  • 4.   Add salt, pepper, and curry to taste.
  • 5.   Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes, then blend everything.
