Instructions

  • 1.   In a sauté pan, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and heat it. Once the oil is smoking, add the lamb cut into small pieces (about the size of large dice), roughly chopped onions, and finely diced potatoes.
  • 2.   Season with salt and pepper. Sauté everything well (the potatoes should be fried).
  • 3.   Sprinkle with flour, mix well, and add the lemon juice and paprika.
  • 4.   Let it cook for 20 minutes over very low heat.
