Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the garlic and onion in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • 2.   Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
  • 3.   In a pot or pressure cooker, bring the water and broth to a boil. Add the broccoli and cover for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Then add the basil and blend everything together.
  • 5.   Finally, add the fresh cheese and season with salt and pepper.
