Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the carrots and squash into pieces. Cover with just enough water and bring to a boil.
  • 2.   About 15 minutes before the end of cooking, add the peeled and quartered orange.
  • 3.   Once cooked, let it cool down and blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
