Instructions

  • 1.   Bring the water to a boil.
  • 2.   Scrub the carrots, then slice them.
  • 3.   Peel the onion and cut it into pieces.
  • 4.   Place everything in the boiling salted water and let it cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
  • 5.   Blend, then pour in the coconut milk.
  • 6.   It's ready!
